EchoStar Communications’ [DISH] Dish Network satellite television service now will offer local channels in Duluth, Minn. Included are affiliates of ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC and PBS. According to company executives, this is the first time local channels will be available via satellite to customers in this Minnesota metro area.
