SES Americom, a unit of SES Global, said today that the company signed a deal to deliver live and recorded programming from XY.tv. XY.tv is a 24-hour network of original lifestyle and entertainment programming targeted at 12-to 34-year-old viewers, the so-called Gen X and Gen Y markets. The content will be distributed to cable headends via SES Americom’s AMC-1 satellite. Financial terms of the distribution deal were not disclosed.
