Digital Angel Reports Revenue Increase

      Digital Angel Corp. [DOC], a developer of GPS-based tracking technologies, today reported revenues of $8.6 million for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2003, up 15.3 percent compared with the same period one year ago. For the quarter, Digital Angel reported a net loss of $4.6 million, compared with a net loss of $67.4 million in fourth-quarter 2002.

      Revenues for full-year 2003 were $36.7 million, up 7.2 percent from 2002, but while revenues rose, the company still reported a net loss for the year. For the full year, Digital Angel reported a net loss of $9.5 million, compared with a net loss of $92.4 million in 2002.
