Frost & Sullivan awarded its 2004 Regional Satellite Operator Award to Telesat.
This award is given annually to the operator that best competes against all other operators in a region, resulting in increased revenue, broadband services or product offerings along with strategies that give the company a leading edge compared with its competition.
“Telesat has a very strong broadcasting and consulting division, and is far ahead of any other operator in deploying Ka-band capacity on its satellites,” Frost & Sullivan determined.
