Kevin N. McGrath has been named president and CEO of Digital Angel [AMEX: DOC], a So. St. Paul, Minn.-based location tracking company. Prior to joining Digital Angel, McGrath spent 16 years at El Segundo, Calif.-based Hughes Electronics [NYSE: HS], including seven years as chairman of DirecTV Latin America, a Hughes subsidiary based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
