John O’Keefe has been selected chief financial officer at Verdisys [OTC BB: VDYS.OB], a Houston-based provider of satellite communications and other services to the oil and gas industry. He joins Verdisys from Ivanhoe Energy, where he also served as CFO. O’Keefe replaces Andrew Wilson, who will continue with Verdisys as vice president of finance and treasurer. Wilson decided to remain in California rather than move to Houston as part of a corporate consolidation.
