GlobeCast, a Paris-based satellite service subsidiary of France Telecom [NYSE: FTE], announced that TV Bulgaria, the first Bulgarian television station in North America, is now available on the GlobeCast direct-to-home (DTH) satellite platform using the Telstar 5 satellite. GlobeCast is also managing TV Bulgaria’s DTH call center services in North America, including equipment sales and subscription management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
