Orlando, Fla.-based Amitelo Communications [OTC: ALOC] has completed its acquisition of Sunline Communications, a Spanish provider of broadband Internet access via satellite and voice over IP for private and corporate customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sunline recently launched a satellite broadband service named “Canal-i” in Morocco. Sunline is projecting revenues of 1.5 million euros ($1.86 million) for the next fiscal year.
