Fenez Reelected as CASBAA Chairman

      Marcel Fenez has been reelected for a second two-year term as chairman of the Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA) during the group’s annual meeting held in Singapore earlier this month. Fenez is Asia-Pacific leader in the entertainment and media practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Also elected to the CASBAA board for two-year terms were Michelle Guthrie, CEO of Star Group; Francois Theron, COO of Thai cable operator UBC; Alexander Brown, president & CEO of CNBC Asia; Steve Marcopoto, president of Turner International Asia Pacific; and Richard Cunningham, senior vice president of MTV Networks Asia Pacific.

      Remaining on the CASBAA board for the second year of their two-year terms are Peter Jackson, CEO of AsiaSat; William Pfeiffer, CEO of Celestial Pictures; and Neville Meijers, managing director of Discovery Networks Asia.
