Canadian satellite companies Infosat Communications and Quick Link Communications have completed a merger. Infosat Communications, a subsidiary Telesat Canada, is a satellite telecommunications system integrator and services provider serving business and government customers with fixed and portable satellite products. Quick Link is a satellite access service provider that owns and operates a satellite-based communications network for the distribution of IP data, Internet, intranet, voice and facsimile. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
