DigitalGlobe, a Longmont Colo.-based satellite imagery provider, has finalized negotiations to acquire eMap. EMap, a Reddick, Fla.-based geo-spatial consulting company, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of DigitalGlobe, with David Nale, eMap’s founder, serving as the president. Financial terms were not disclosed.
