MobiApps, a provider of hybrid terrestrial and satellite technologies for commercial communications, has signed a reseller and manufacturing agreement with Dulles, Va.- based satellite communications provider ORBCOMM. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

Under the deal, Arlington, Va.-based MobiApps will market and resell airtime on the ORBCOMM system and manufacture mobile satellite receivers for industrial customers to monitor and track mobile assets.
