Comtech Telecommunications [Nasdaq: CMTL], a Melville, N.Y.-based communications equipment supplier, said its Comtech EF Data subsidiary has received a$1.2 million order for satellite communications products from an undisclosed U.S.-based systems integrator.

The order includes the company’s CDM-600 Turbo Product Code modems with both L-band and 70 MHz interfaces, frequency converters, multiplexers and transceivers. The equipment will be used in fixed and mobile terminals in foreign locations.
