SkyFrames [OTC BB: SKYU.OB], a Costa Mesa, Calif.-based provider of satellite broadband Internet services, has signed an agreement with The Broadband Wireless Exchange to provide secure communications between U.S. troops and their friends and families.

Additional discussions with the Pentagon have occurred regarding supplying equipment for non-secure communications, SkyFrames said.
