James F. Mooney has joined the board of directors at New York-based satellite radio firm Sirius Satellite Radio [Nasdaq: SIRI]. Mooney is chairman of NTL, a UK-based cable company. Prior to joining NTL, Mooney was COO of Nextel Communications [Nasdaq: NXTL].
