Rockwell Collins’ [NYSE: COL] high-speed satellite communications (satcom) system has received Federal Aviation Administration certification for use on aircraft manufactured by Bombardier Aerospace.

The Collins HST-900 system provides in-flight passenger connectivity, including access to e-mail and the Internet.
