Marconi’s [OTC Bulletin Board: MONI] Wireless Business Unit and Qualcomm [Nasdaq: QCOM] subsidiary SnapTrack have signed an agreement to cooperate in the development of an enhancement to Marconi’s Planet EV tool. The two companies are cooperating to add to Planet EV a module that improves the accuracy and efficiency of Qualcomm’s gpsOne hybrid assisted Global Positioning System location product for mobile handsets.
