Tandberg Television, a supplier of open-standard products for digital broadcasting, plans to launch its integrated control and monitoring system, nCompass, at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters 2003 conference.

The cross-platform nCompass adds control features to enable broadcasters and operators to manage content delivery networks with Tandberg or third-party compression equipment. nCompass ensures that customers such as telcos and specialists in content exchange and direct-to-home satellite services can deploy an integrated control and monitoring system to maximize quality of service while maintaining operational flexibility.
