Intelsat has introduced occasional video solutions (OVS), a service that offers a one stop shop for the video needs of news, sports and special event content providers.

A dedicated video operations center is available to handle bookings, inquiries, monitoring and other video service requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week, company officials said. As a result, broadcasters, content providers and service providers worldwide can tap Intelsat to fulfill occasional end-to-end video requirements, company officials explained.
