LATIN AMERICAN LAUNCH FOR ARIANE

A Worldspace official said last week that the company plans to launch its third satellite on Ariane later this year. The craft will provide coverage over South and Central America. He also revealed that 100,000 of its digital radios have been sold and that some 400,000 units are on order.
