Polsat and the largest Polish computer company Optimus have formed a new e-commerce venture. The two companies each have 50 per cent of the shares in eMarket, which will operate through the Internet and the newly created digital satellite platform Polsat 2 Cyfrowy. For Polsat eMarket follows previous investments in banking and pension insurance. This is its latest strategic movement in the multimedia arena, which looks set to continue.
