ORBCOMM NAMES ELISRA ELECTRONICS AS COMMUNICATOR MANUFACTURER

Orbital Communications Corp. [ORBI] recently named Beraq, Israel-based Elisra Electronics Systems‘ Stellar Satellite Communications subsidiary to manufacture a handheld communicator for its Orbcomm satellite system.
