Intelsat’s former CEO David Wajsgras has joined cyber firm Everfox as the company’s CEO. 

David Wajsgras, a longtime Raytheon executive, served as CEO of Intelsat for about three years. He led the company through its post-bankruptcy pivot and through the acquisition by SES, leaving the company when SES completed the acquisition in July

Everfox provides cyber threat protection and insider risk solutions to governments and enterprises. It deals with critical infrastructure sectors like financial services and oil and gas. The company was formerly known Forcepoint Federal.

Everfox leadership noted Wajsgras’ experience scaling global organizations and experience in both commercial and defense sectors.
