After ending his tenure as Intelsat CEO with the acquisition closure, David Wajsgras is joining the board of directors for HawkEye 360. 

Wajsgras joined Intelsat in 2022 and led the operator through its post-bankruptcy pivot and through the SES acquisition deal. Before Intelsat, he served as president of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information, and Services business, which has defense, intelligence, space, and cybersecurity capabilities. 

HawkEye 360 highlighted his experience developing and operationalizing technology solutions that support decision-making. The company, based in Herndon, Virginia, provides radio frequency (RF) signals intelligence. 

“His strategic acumen and proven leadership will be instrumental as we continue delivering actionable insights that help our customers make confident decisions and accomplish their most critical missions,” Hawkeye 360 CEO John Serafini said.
