Kratos Defense and Security Solutions was awarded a follow on Task Order (TO) by the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD). Valued at about $17.3 million, it was issued against a U.S. Foreign Military Sales (FMS) sole-source, three-year, single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide training-related products and services in a variety of disciplines to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), the Naval Force of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

When combined with the value of previous awards, the contract funding to date is $80 million and has a potential value to Kratos of of about $99.3 million depending on the number of task orders issued and anticipated contract modifications under the FMS agreement.

With this award, Kratos will continue to provide military-focused training and instructional services for air, ground and sea platforms to support the RSNF’s commitment to goals of the Ministry of Defense as it modernizes its growing naval fleet.
