According to a report first published by Reuters, OneWeb has not offered Russia a stake in its worldwide internet network project. Earlier, Reuters heard from sources that OneWeb offered Russia a 12.5 percent stake in the project.
“OneWeb has not offered to sell any stake in OneWeb to the Russian Government,” according to OneWeb’s website.
