Es’hailSat has renewed a deal with one of the largest sports and entertainment broadcasters in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region – beIN MEDIA GROUP (beIN). The Qatari satellite operator will provide satellite capacity, uplink, connectivity and operational support on Es’hail-2 satellite located at the 26 degrees East hotspot covering the MENA region. Es’hailSat announced the contract renewal on March 10.

Es’hailSat’s infrastructure includes two satellites Es’hail-1 and Es’hail-2 co-located at 25.5/26 East together with a 50,000 square meter teleport facility that provides broadcasting, playout and connectivity services across all of MENA.
