AmpliTech has received more than $500,000 worth of orders for major U.S. and foreign Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Airborne Defense, and communications programs.

[Satellite TODAY 08-07-13] AmpliTech, a provider of radio frequency/microwave, microelectronic, Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC), and low-noise amplifiers for critical and high-reliability, wireless and commercial applications, has received more than $500,000 worth of orders during the second quarter for its amplifier solutions.
These orders are for major U.S. and foreign Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), Airborne Defense, and communications programs, and will be recognized as revenue during the second half of the year.
“We have increased our sales and marketing efforts and we are poised to expand our business to address all aspects of cutting-edge communication and detection solutions in the rapidly emerging technologies of wireless, satellite, and medical markets,” said Fawad Maqbool, president and CEO at AmpliTech.
