Rendall replaces retiring CFO Patrick Spratt, who will continue to work with KVH through a short transition period and then as a consultant.

Rendall previously served as vice president of finance and operations at Logica, CFO at IT company Elcom International, CFO and CEO at Top Layer Security and most recently as consulting CFO for JobSmart Partners.
