[Satellite TODAY 03-21-12] Satellite hardware manufacturer Thrane & Thrane has appointed Susan Saadat to the role of vice president of the Americas region, where she will take the lead on BGAN- and VSAT terminal-related projects, the company announced March 19.
Saadat will head up the firm’s operations in North and South America from the Thrane & Thrane headquarters in Virginia Beach, Va.
She previously served as senior vice president of sales engineering and operations at Orbcomm, as well as in several executive positions at Harris CapRock, Comsat and Intelsat.
