[Satellite TODAY 02-25-11] NewCom International has released a turnkey mobile solution, Office Without Borders, which aims to deliver voice, Internet, SCADA, Fax, videoconferencing and data services to the oil and gas sector, the company announced Feb. 24.
    The product package utilizes NewCom’s iDirect-based NetSharing platform, bundled with a variety of communications services, including: VSAT, two-device U.S. DID numbers, Wi-Fi access points, FastEthernet LAN switches, SafeAccess, VideoMeetings, SatFaxand Voice over IP.
    NewCom primarily will target the office suite to energy companies working to tap resource regions in Latin America and Africa.
