[Satellite TODAY 10-05-10] David Butorac has been named CEO of DTH operator Orbit Showtime Network, the company announced Oct. 3.
    Butorac replaces Marc-Antoine d’Halluin, who stepped down at the end of September.
    Butorac previously served as managing director of WIN Corp., an Australian regional cross-media company, and also has held positions at BSkyB, Astro in Malaysia and Star TV in Hong Kong.
