[Satellite TODAY 08-24-10] Gilat Satellite Networks will receive $24 million in cash for its stake in health information provider Axolotl, which is being acquired by health information technology company Ingenix, Gilat announced.
In 1999, Gilat invested about $4.5 million in Axolotl and wrote off the investment during the global economic downturn in 2001.
The Israeli company said it may also receive an additional $3 million in one year under the terms of the Axolotl sale.
