[Satellite TODAY 07-27-10] Three Indian media companies have become members of the Cable & Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA), the organization announced July 26.
The new corporate members are telecoms-to-media services specialist Bharti Airtel, news content provider NDTV and media and entertainment company Star TV India.
“As part of our communications strategy we have been telling the ‘India Story’ to the international broadcasting and investment communities, the new partnerships with Bharti Airtel, NDTV and Star TV India will benefit all parties,” CASBAA Executive Director of India Anjan Mitra said in a statement.
