[Satellite TODAY 04-02-10] China’s state-owned satellite operator, China Satellite Communications Corp. (CSCC) is expected to report a 26.9 percent profit increase in 2009, according to an April 1 report released by TMCnews.
Sources close to the CSCC disclosed that the satellite company’s operating revenue in 2009 would show 25 percent growth from 2008, attributed to the result of its business integration with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corp. (CASC) in April 2009.
CSCC also is expected to report a total asset increase of 76.28 percent from the beginning of the business consolidation.
