[Satellite TODAY 01-18-10] A news release issued by Atrexx Telecommunications and Broadcast falsely claimed that Intelsat discontinued service on its Intelsat 14 satellite to Atrexx customers on Jan. 12. The Atrexx news brief was published in Satellite TODAY on Jan. 14.
During the transition campaign from Intelsat 1-R to Intelsat 14, all Intelsat customers were transitioned successfully with no loss of service.
