[Satellite Today 05-21-09] Israeli DTH platform, Yes reported an increase of net profits to $9.72 million, compared to a net loss of $3.40 million in the corresponding quarter last year, according to Bezeq’s first quarter financial results released May 20. Bezeq has a near 50 percent stake in Yes.
Yes also posted revenues $93.30 million and ended the quarter with 560,000 subscribers, an increase of two percent compared to the same stage last year.
Yes is a leading DTH platform in Israel and Bezeq is Israel’s main telco.
