[Satellite Today 05-12-09] SkyTerra appointed Jeffrey Carlisle vice president of regulatory affairs, the company announced May 11.
Carlisle will develop and implement the company’s regulatory and policy strategy with the United States, governments around the world and international organizations.
Carlisle previously served at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as senior co-director of the U.S. Internet Policy Working Group and a member of the U.S. Homeland Security Policy Council.
