[Satellite Today 05-06-09] SatMax Corp., a wireless satellite coverage provider, has completed its name change from Echo Satellite Communications, the company announced May 5.
The name change came at the request of EchoStar Corp., and SatMax’s new Nasdaq trading symbol is SATM.
Separately, SatMax announced that it reduced its number of common shares outstanding from 30 million to 1.5 common shares. No additional shares were issued.
