Comtech intends to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $30 million aggregate principal amount of the notes, which will be convertible into shares of Comtech’s common stock
Comtech intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund its acquisition strategy and for general corporate purposes, the compay said.
