[Satellite Today 04-24-09] German pay-TV operator Premiere has sold its 44 percent stake in Internet sports platform, Spox.com to the CRESCES Group, the company said April 22.
Premiere, a DTH operator in Germany, said the decision was in line with its strategy to focus on its core business.
Premiere said future Internet activities will be centralized under its direct control.
