[Satellite Today 03-10-09] SkyTerra appointed Gary Epstein as executive vice president of law and regulation, the company announced March 9.
Epstein will be responsible for the legal, legislative and regulatory strategy at SkyTerra.
Epstein previously served as a team leader on the economics and international trade team in the Obama-Biden transition organization. He was also appointed to serve at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide leadership for the ongoing digital television transition.
