Thuraya Telecommunications is showcasing a satellite solution offering streaming speeds of up to 384 kilobits per second, Thuraya announced Mar. 3.
In partnership with Quicklink, a broadcast media solutions provider, Thuraya’s streaming IP offering is built around ThurayaIP, a broadband solution with rapid streaming capability.
The solution is being developed specifically for media reporters, producers and news crew requiring broadcast quality video and high-speed data transmission.
