[Satellite Today 02-27-09] SkyTerra appointed Marc Montagner executive vice president of strategy, development and distribution, the company announced Feb. 26. 
    Montagner has a history of corporate development experience with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as managing director and co-head of the global telecom, media and technology merger and acquisition group of Banc of America Securities, a subsidiary of Bank of America.  Montagner also served as senior vice president of corporate development, mergers and acquisitions at Sprint Nextel.
