[Satellite Today 02-06-09] NDS, a supplier of conditional access and middleware solutions to satellite pay-TV operators, is now a fully private company, NDS announced Feb. 5.
Under the new structure, News Corp. own about 51 percent of NDS, and Permira Newcos holds the remaining 49 percent.
NDS shareholders approved the move in January.
