[Satellite Today 01-12-09] Arrowhead Global Solutions, the government services division of CapRock Communications, named David Myers executive vice president and general manager, the company announced Jan. 7.
     Myers’ appointment is part of a strategic initiative to accelerate Arrowhead’s evolution as a provider of value-added managed services and advanced telecom solutions for the military, intelligence and civilian government communities.
