[Satellite Today 01-07-08] Douglas Brandon has been appointed general counsel, secretary and senior vice president of TerreStar and its subsidiaries, TerreStar announced Jan. 6.
    Brandon will manage all legal matters for the company and report directly to TerreStar President Jeffrey Epstein.
    Brandon previously served as vice president of legal affairs for AT&T Wireless Services.
