[Satellite Today 12-09-08] Mitsubishi Electric Corp. has developed a full-mold package low-noise, high-electron mobility transistor, the MGF4921AM, for low noise amplifiers in satellite digital radio reception systems, the company announced Dec. 9.
The product also can be used in low noise amplifiers for a range of S- and C-band direct broadcast satellite reception systems.
Shipment of these new systems will begin Jan. 26.
