[Satellite Today 10-28-08] Comtech EF Data received three satellite communications equipment orders for equipment that will support will support cellular backhaul in the Asia-Pacific and Middle Eastern regions, the company announced Oct. 28.
The orders from a pair of unnamed Asian operators and an unnamed Middle Eastern operator are valued at a total of $6.2 million.
The main product for all three orders is Comtech’s CDM-625 advanced satellite modem with the DoubleTalk and Carrier-in-Carrier features.
