[Satellite Today 09-15-08] Tam Tam TV, an entertainment channel in the Ivory Coast, has chosen GlobeCast to provide a broadcast solution that combines remote broadcast delivery via internet with satellite distribution, GlobeCast announced Sept. 15.
GlobeCast said the solution provided to Tam Tam TV allows the channel to have total control of its content from its control room in Abidjan.
Tam Tam TVÂfs programs, managed locally and autonomously by the channel, are sent via internet to GlobeCastÂfs technical operations centre in Paris, which is connected to the Eurobird 9 satellite platform.
